Founder & Program Lead. Designs the micro‑internship model and employer partnerships.
We run structured, educational micro‑internships so students outside big cities can see credible career paths and gain real experience — without creating a time sink for employers.

A lightweight, repeatable pipeline co‑run with schools and local employers:
Approach company → co‑scope project → employer approval → offer to students → deliver → feedback → potential conversion to internship.
We pilot three formats that scale with school and employer capacity.
45–60 minutes · In‑class or online. Practical introductions to careers, tools, and pathways.
1–2 days · On‑site observation of roles, meetings, and workflows.
20–30 hours · Scoped projects students complete with a mentor and midpoint check‑in.
High‑performing students may be invited to continue as interns or summer hires at the employer’s discretion.
Companies — host a talk, a shadow day, or a scoped externship. Low lift, high impact, clear deliverables.
Schools — nominate a teacher point‑person and we’ll share ready‑to‑use templates and a rollout plan.
